Gratitude is the key to Wellness, Happiness, and Abundance.

The simple act of saying a sincere “thank you” to others will grow our gratitude. Both saying “thank you” out loud and taking the time to write a thank you note will help increase gratitude in our life. If we cannot thank someone personally, even pausing to thank them in our mind can foster gratitude.

Being thankful can have many positive health effects. Studies show practicing gratitude can lead to more intimate and connected relationships, less depression, more motivation and engagement, and better overall mental well-being.

Gratitude increases the positive emotions of joy, optimism, happiness, alertness, and pleasure. Showing gratitude makes us more social, popular, generous, compassionate, and forgiving and much less lonely.

Examples of Gratitude

  • Being thankful to the person who Cooks for us.
  • Being thankful for our good Health.
  • Being thankful to our teachers and mentors for their Support and Guidance

Let's bring the Light of Gratitude in our day with some affirmations:

  • With a sense of gratitude, I see the world in a new light. Each day is an opportunity and a gift.
  • I am focusing on the joy of living my life and helping others where and when I can.
  • I have the energy and passion to make my thoughts a reality.
  • I realize there will be obstacles, but I have the strength to get through them.
  • My life is meaningful and important; I am a valuable contributor to the greater good.
  • I am eternally grateful for all the blessings I have in my life.

The list goes on and on, we may add more affirmations as we face the day daily and realise that we need to maintain a journal of Gratitude.

So, let’s continue to practice Gratitude and make this planet a better place to live in for our future generations.
