Season’s Greetings...The festive mood is now upbeat with the Christmas & New Year spirit all around.
When we look back, I am very proud of the positive & proactive way the Entire team of Distributors & the Management Team embraced collaborative remote working and seamlessly delivered time & again. Despite the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic over the past years, I must acknowledge & congratulate each one of you in pulling it out together. Although the results was not quite what we imagined, we did reasonably well proving that Conybio is an extraordinary organization... each one of you have been an exemplary example of sheer commitment, professionalism & solidarity. You have, are and will be the best guarantee for perennially invigorating our presence & identity in the Business arena.
Now it is the time to reflect on the good things that occurred in the past year and work on the “not so good things “that happened. Success should be an inspiration to our Team...Nevertheless we always learn from our failures... Keep working with full vigour... Your goal is not far away. I would like to encourage all to rally around your families, friends, neighbors & relatives to take forward the vision of the invincible collaborative of Conybio/Reskills. This is a wonderful chance to “Change People’s Lives“ through effective & economical E Learning platforms. . . Simultaneously we have also commenced the Learning classes in Hindi, keeping in cognizance the requirement of the language that can be understood in a broader perspective. We need you to go bang on and promote this.
As you know, we ventured into the dynamic business of Organic Baby Clothing range… “Mother’s Caress”. Babies are always special and true to this & understanding the wonderful emotion, we are proud that we can be a part in patronizing this. Purely organic in every sense, Mother’s Caress wide spread range will be just another boost to our already existing comprehensive range of FIR products... I want each one of you to experience and share the deeply rooted wonderful feeling of contributing to your child’s health...Do it the Conybio way…The Mother’s Caress way. Spread the word around and promote this with full enthusiasm.
I would like to take a moment to welcome & encourage those who have joined us newly... Wishing you a wonderful career with Conybio!!! A special mention & recognition to those who have excelled and have gone that extra mile, exhibiting outstanding work ethics and are, for sure, worthy of being singled out... There are many Leaders who have done this and I am just too proud of them.
The pandemic posed many difficult challenges... Many lives were lost...I take this moment to pray for all of those who left us to what I know is a better place. May their souls rest in peace. A few of the Conybio family members are being missed by us... They can never be replaced but may their legacies carry on...
A lot of credit goes to “ALL OF YOU”. From the people in the sales who bring in the Business and through the Customer Service, Administration, Accounts, IT & Operations people who ensure smooth processing of the Business received. I have nothing but praise for them. My kudos for a job well done...Continue to do so!!!
In the New Year 2023, we intend to fast track our steps towards accomplishing & further advancing towards Conybio’s mission. Let us take the quantum leap..Together we shall “Impact Our Rise”.
